Bringing an entire exhibition show floor to life requires the right balance of scale, precision, and smart design.
Executing a build of this magnitude seamlessly came down to our modular rental systems. By leveraging high-spec rental hardware for the core structures, and counters, we were able to deliver a massive, premium footprint that felt completely custom all while drastically reducing on-site installation time and minimising material waste.
Big scale doesn’t have to mean big complexity.

One of our biggest builds of the year.
From the very beginning, this project challenged our team to think bigger, collaborate closely, and deliver at the highest level. The result is a premium exhibition space that showcases the craftsmanship, precision, and dedication Project Station brings to every build.
The stand featured a custom designed, engineered faceted wall, bespoke sample board displays, and four interactive cube installations that demonstrate how Polytec products are brought to life in everyday spaces. Every element was thoughtfully fabricated and delivered to create an engaging, immersive experience.
Projects of this scale don’t happen without an incredible team behind them, and we’re proud of what was achieved.

Four brands. Four unique spaces. One incredible Design Show.
From concept to completion, Project Station was proud to deliver four standout exhibition spaces at this year’s Design Show, bringing together expert craftsmanship, premium finishes and seamless ex*****on across every build.
Each stand presented its own creative vision and technical challenges, and our team was there every step of the way to bring them to life with precision and care.
A huge thank you , Polytec, King Living, iFit and DFV for trusting us with your brands, and to our incredible team whose dedication made this achievement possible. Delivering one stand is exciting. Delivering four is something we’re incredibly proud of.

What goes on during installation of your activation!

For the Lunar New Year retail pop up at Macquarie Centre, delivered in partnership with , a successful install comes down to thorough planning, coordination and experienced delivery.

In the lead up to bump in, our team completed detailed site assessments, final documentation and compliance requirements, and worked closely with centre management to align logistics within a live retail environment.

During installation, clear communication, structured sequencing and strict safety controls ensured an efficient build with minimal disruption to retailers and customers.
