Only 1 week to go to get your entries in for the 130th Anniversary NSW State Band Championships.

If you don’t already have Adagio access to complete your entry, don’t panic, send an email to contests@bandnsw to advise your entry and what grade and we will backfill everything after next weekends State Solos.

The important thing here is that we receive a notification that your band is entering by the close date of the 26th June 2026.

What better way to spend a winter's afternoon than listening to some great live music.

Join Toronto Brass this Sunday at Rathmines Theatre for "In Concert!", an afternoon of wonderful music as part of the Lake Macquarie City Council Dobell Festival, 2026. There'll be something to suit everyone from toe-tapping popular numbers, great soloists and some calming classics. Our fabulous youth band, Catalina Brass, will be ready to open the show.

This is a great opportunity to hear one of Lake Macquarie's best community bands in concert and see just some of the fabulous performance opportunities for young people in the area.
