Sweetest, most beautiful friends and family of Bang Bang Rodeo,

It is with a sad little heart that we inform you that Bang Bang will not be going ahead with our monthly shows into 2020.

It's been an amazing two years and we are so grateful for all the lovers and supporters and players we have had over our time. As well as a huge thank you to for giving us a home this long.

We will be taking a wee hiatus for the start of 2020 and then we'll be back, popping-up around Sydney, before you know it.

In the meantime, we have ONE LAST SHOW for the year and our last ever show at the Fitz.

It'll be the same tom-foolery wrapped in a big Christmas hug and we would LOVE to have you along.

We will laugh, Jane will laugh 20-40 times on stage and we will drink beers, be merry and celebrate the end of the year and the end of the world in the only way we can- via the balls-to-the-wall stupidity that is Bang Bang Rodeo.

WHO DIS?: Jane Watt is an actor, writer and comedian. She trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), graduating in 2014. Theatre credits include: The Cripple of Inishmaan (Mad March Hare); Spamalot (One Eyed Man); Gypsy (Luckiest/One Eyed Man); DNA (Bakehouse, Last Person Standing); War Crimes (ATYP). Film/TV credits include: The War that Changed Us (ABC/Electric Pictures); The Greenhouse (Everyone We Know). In 2018, she toured her original comedy shows Gate 64 and Luxury Split Bill to the Melbourne and Sydney Comedy Festivals and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She then toured Gate 64 to the United Solo Festival in New York. Jane teaches and performs with Improv Theatre Sydney (ITS) and hosts the monthly improv show Bang Bang Rodeo for Red Line Productions at the Old Fitz (duh!)

NEXT UP, SAY HELLO TO: Samm Ward is an actor and producer and trained at Actors Centre Australia and Atlantic Acting School in New York. Theatre credits include Sensitive Guys (KXT), Servant of Two Masters, Measure for Measure (Sport for Jove), School for Scandal (The New Theatre), The Last Tiger, Safe Keeping (The New Plot), Asylum (Apocalypse Theatre Company), and Crazy Brave (Cross Pollinate Productions). Samm starred in the short film Ladylike (Chekhov’s Gun Pictures) which was shortlisted for Tropfest, won ACCTA’s competition, selected for HBO & NBC Women in Comedy Festival, and won Best International at Canadian International Comedy Festival. Samm has appeared in various TVC’s and played a small recurring role on Home and Away from 2015-2018. Samm is co-founder of the indie theatre company Cross Pollinate Productions.

LOOK WHO ELSE IS BANGING WITH US! Jeromaia Detto is a Sydney based improvisor and clown. He has trained at ITS, iO Chicago, The Norway Clown Camp and At Ecole Philippe Gaulier.
Jeromaia lives and breathes comedy! He is also a 2 time Cranston Cup Grand Finalist and once believed he could run faster by “swimming” through the air.
It never worked.

THE GUY WHO ADDS MUSIC TO OUR LIVES: Bryce Halliday, is a comedian, actor and musician from Sydney, Australia. He has performed at comedy and fringe festivals all around Australia and New Zealand, and is recently returned from a trip to Chicago where he worked with some of the city’s top musical directors and played for shows at The Second City, iO and The Annoyance. When he’s not performing, he works at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and last year produced the smash hit comedy podcasts Finding Drago and Alice Fraser Trilogy (Apple's Best Australian Podcast 2018).

THIS HERE GUY is Jack Scott, a Sydney based actor, writer, person. He studied at a Perth based acting school. Both of these places couldn’t be moved closer to one another. Many trips between were required. He has done two noteworthy things since graduating Perth based acting school. an ABC TV show called ‘Hardball’ where he played a 19 year old boy nerd and an Indie theatre play called ‘Necrophilia’. He loves Improvised Comedia and The Rodeo Bang Bang Comedy show Hosted by Jane Watt.

DID YOU KNOW: Orya is a radiographer by day and improviser by night! After graduating from Improv Theatre Sydney, her improv troupe QUADBIKE went on to have a sold out run at Sydney Fringe Festival and win the ITS Smackdown competition in 2017. She is now an Improv Theatre Sydney ensemble member, studied at UCB in New York and earlier this year performed at the Enmore Theatre supporting The Bear Pack. She is a regular around Sydney, writing and performing for Sketchy At Best, A Likely Story, ITS Big House, ITS The News and of course BANG BANG RODEO!

Eleanor is a NIDA graduate and has performed with Bell Shakespeare, State Theatre Company of South Australia, Confetti Gun, Dreamgun Film Reads and Improv Theatre Sydney. She also appeared in ABC's Rake and recently returned from Chicago performing improvisation at Theater and as a guest performer at Second City.
