I haven't been as active here as I'd like to be but I'm finally using the watercolour pencils I got gifted last year ♥️ They allow me to plot out shading more easily and I can't wait to keep exploring!

Hello #2019!
So the last year has been a bit of a whirlwind but a whirlwind I stepped into and tried a few new things in. In my doodles are some hints as to what they are quite a few of which serendipity had its part to play in the things I ultimately came to do and I'm forever grateful.

Too many years I played it 'safe', kept comfortable, and stayed lazy. And though I may not be good at everything I do right now, I'm learning how to learn again. I think that's important too.

Thank you to everyone whose been a part of this learning process, and especially to those who pushed me to start, and those who supported me after. It's an unusually rambly post and I'll stop now with a pledge to continue learning and trying new things in the new year! ♥️
