Prosthetics and application done by me. Horns were silicone encapsulated pieces made by me while the skin texture was created using liquid latex and coloured using alcohol inks.

This was a last minute project I jumped on with not much prep time but I’m super happy with the outcome 😈

Repost from After years of writing,
months of prep, and 5 weeks, 27 days of filming, the production of my second feature film has come to an end.

This was the most ambitious and difficult film I’ve directed, especially, considering the low budget limitations, but the entire crew managed to do some remarkable work.

I’m thankful and very proud of everyone, and it takes a lot for me to write this, but I’m proud of myself for not giving up, despite a very difficult couple of years, personally, and professionally.

We shot this film without any government funding, proving once again, that waiting for the gatekeepers to say yes and tell you what should be made, and what should be considered personal and important, is not always the right or only path. If there is anything that creating this film has reiterated to me, it is that nothing is stopping you but yourself, and there are always people out there equally as passionate and driven about storytelling and cinema.

Thank you especially to my producing partner and “fellow traveller,” Daniel Po***ck, who when he walked into a coffee shop at our first meeting with snake shoes on, I knew he was the cowboy I needed to pull off this ridiculously ambitious project.

My other producing partner, Kristen Settinelli, I’m grateful to have you on this project and for your support moving forward into post.

There are over a hundred people throughout production that gave their time to make this film a reality - you know who you are, and I thank you.
