It's been two rewarding, but relentless years with solo exhibitions in Sydney, Tokyo, San Francisco, Auckland, Hobart, Christchurch, Bali, Byron Bay and Portugal. Now we're proud to present the latest series of works by prolific artist Paul McNeil.

Everything's Unreal is a collection of new pop works reflecting McNeil's dry humour and incredible wit. Simplicity is the backbone to this ongoing series. Personal truths, localism, music, politics, humanity and surfing show up in these vibrant paintings and sculptures.

Show opens November 16 in Collingwood. Email us for a catalogue preview.

I had a chat with American painter Ramsey Dau for Monster Children last week. You can read the interview below, and if you live in Sydney, you can see his exhibition 'Future Primitive' in all its glory until this Saturday.

Having just wrapped up his month long Artist Residency in Byron Bay, American painter Ramsey Dau has opened his first Australian exhibition at the new Mild Manners Project Gallery (M.M.P.G ) in Sydney. This work is based on series of imaginary creatures, often warped adaptions of people, plants and animals Whitehead encounters in everyday life. The intensity of these works capture the effervescence of the artist himself, pooling both experiences of his existence and abilities of his imagination to breathe life and kaleidoscopic colour into his painting and sculptural pieces.

These are some installation shots and artwork detail of Whitehead's current exhibition If Not Now, When? taking place at our new project gallery space in Sydney.

Exhibition is open until October 12.
