WILD FAAJI × STREET SOUK: AUSTRALIA SOUK TOUR 🇳🇬🌍⚡️
We are linking up with Street Souk, Africa’s largest streetwear convention straight out of Lagos, to bring Nigeria Independence Weekend to Australia through fashion, music, creativity, culture and community.
But this tour is bigger than an event.
THE MISSION: FREE THE YOUTH.
Free The Youth is about creating the freedom to build something of your own. To create without permission. To collaborate instead of compete. To cross borders, challenge stereotypes, open doors and create opportunities for the next person.
By bringing Lagos and Australia together, we are creating a platform where music, fashion, independent enterprise and Afro youth culture can exist together.
We are opening doors for streetwear brands, thrifters, vintage curators, food vendors, jewellery brands, creatives, DJs, artists and emerging businesses to showcase what they are building.
We are building global bridges, connecting West African street culture with Australia’s growing Black creative community.
And we are breaking stereotypes, showing that Afro youth culture is not just something to consume. It is something we create, build, own and grow together.
