KUNOICHI We are Japanese and Australian female artists in Sydney who introduce and spread Japanese traditional culture by original, modern and interesting ideas.

We also make unique artworks by Paintings, Printing, Mizuhiki, Furoshiki, Origami, beads, etc. KUNOICHI is known as a familiar term for female ninja currently. The origin of this code name is a Japanese character "女" meaning woman, and it is considered that this character was broken down into three characters "く (ku)", "ノ (no)" and "一(ichi)".
