🐶All over red-rover. Done like a dogs dinner. 🐶
The Dog/The Cat had its final show last night and we are very proud of the season we put together. We wanted to make people laugh and appreciate the little stories in life and that is what we did!! As Michael Abercromby said in his Directors notes:

"It is my hope that The Dog/The Cat can be a break, if but for a moment where people can come together and laugh about little stories. Stories set not on the world stage or places of power, but in dog parks and living rooms, places that are familiar and comforting."

Thanks Fremantle Theatre Company for having us at the wonderful Victoria Hall. Being part of this new initiative has allowed us to come back to Perth and work with friends and like minded people on a project that brings us joy.

One of the things people are loving about this rom-com double bill is the sheer relatability of the dialogue and characters Brendan Cowell and Lally Katz have written.

🐶Whether it is dog park politics, exorbitant pet bills, allergies or deciding if its a problem if the cat "watches", there are hilarious moments throughout every pet owner will relate to. 🐱
