This project it wasn’t an easy one, tight sequencing, real pressure, moments where the plan had to hold under pressure to still deliver on time. But that’s exactly where the team does its best work.
Proud of how it came together, and grateful to TOGA for trusting us with it.

A car park doesn't stop operating just because it's being repainted.

At 255 Pitt Street in Sydney's CBD, our team delivered a full painting package across three basement levels of an active Wilson Parking facility, working alongside Forge Construction Projects.

To keep the car park running for its users, the works were done on night shift. Level by level, three basements in three weeks. No shutdowns, no disruption to daily operations.

This is commercial painting delivery when the site can't afford to stop.

Our team is well underway on-site, delivering the full commercial painting package for the major refurbishment of Adina Apartment Hotel Darling Harbour.

As part of the TFE Hotels portfolio, Adina represents a strong standard of quality, consistency and guest experience. Being involved in this refurbishment reflects the trust placed in our team to deliver high-quality finishes across a complex, fast-moving refurbishment site.

We are currently managing the project with precision, balancing detailed surface preparation, high-end finishes and efficient coordination to help bring a refreshed, modern look to this well-known Sydney hotel.

The Quarters Wahroonga Estate is a purpose-built accommodation precinct supporting Sydney Adventist Hospital, with student accommodation and key worker housing delivered across four residential buildings.

By Modern was engaged by Westbourne Constructions to complete painting works across key internal and external areas, contributing to the overall finish and presentation of the project.

For a multi-building accommodation project like this, consistency matters. From internal areas to external works, our focus was on supporting staged delivery and a reliable final outcome.

We recently teamed up with to complete the M Park Building D project for Stockland.
