I found this week I’ve discussed this a few times with others…that we as humans tend to forget to give ourselves flowers because life moves sooo quickly.

Taking the time to embrace and acknowledge our journeys to what led us to where we are right now, today. Getting up and walking through the doors that opened in front of us, even though the rooms maybe a temporary visit. We all have a choice to either grow or learn from it.

Be kind to yourself today and give yourself the flowers you deserve!!
