My favourite part of making this track was the bold move to re-record all the lead vocals again. Bambi decided she could sing it better. No sunk-cost fallacy here. She absolutely smashed it.

Sung into a Myburgh M1 () into a Stam Audio () Neve 1073 clone into a Chandler () Little Devil Eq and finally into an IGS () Blue Striple 1176 clone.

Magic. But then, none of that s**t matters without the power of an emotional, sincere and controlled singer.

Happy Release day .snnr - this track is exactly what I planned for the band who I’ve been working with since 2020.

In fact, these synths did not make it onto the final record as it did not service the song!

Little late to the announcement party, but last week I had a meeting with and I am going to start recording some of their fine artists.
