Musician Management Services is designed to assist new and established bands and performers in navigating the process of promotion, recording and securing performance opportunities. The progression should be logical, manageable and affordable for the artist. Some artists can fall into the trap of practicing and practicing, with a dream of where they want to end up but without a viable plan of how

to get there. The practice is critical but there needs to be more. The Musician Management philosophy is based on a simple plan for a band, solo performer or anything in between:

Practice - devote time to your genre and build a repertoire. This is the foundation work. Rehearsal - practice is one thing, rehearsing for a performance is another. Perform - when you have a sound, securing gigs can begin. Promote - to get known, the word needs to get out. Band / performer promotion. Record - this is a 3 step process; recording, mixing and mastering. Promote - get your music known. Song promotion. Radio - this is where the opportunities exist for the fortunate ones. Music Video - the hardest nut to crack, but achievable. Promote - yes, there is an emphasis on promotion and marketing. All of this is what a band or performer should expect their Manager to be able to organise.
