Thank you!! 🙏

We're thrilled to announce the recipients of our Backroads small touring grant for 2026! Congratulations to Teresa Izzard (Feet First Collective), Kristy Leigh (Tutti Frutti), and Bernie Maxwell (Brave Move Productions).

Together, these three productions will stage six performances across six communities in 2027, including Morundah, Leeton, Cootamundra, Young, Bellingen and Armidale, bringing high quality performing arts projects to communities that don't have a professional performing arts centre.

You can learn more about these projects on our website here: https://artsontour.com.au/initiatives/backroads/backroads-recipients/

Thank you to everyone who submitted an application. It's always a challenging process assessing these applications, as we know how much work goes into them.

EXCITING NEWS! A new FFC semi-immersive theatre work is in creative development. 🎨

Following in the footsteps of 'Frankenstein', 'S-27' and 'Medusa' and bringing together a team from WA, NSW and Queensland we will spend six days at ReadyMade Works!

'Into the Yellow Wallpaper' is inspired by the infamous short story and explores themes of societal and personal collapse as well as the lengths humans will go to for freedom, especially when it is taken away from us. 🎭
