Available

The fala (mat) is beautiful piece on its own which i dont necessarily need to paint on. However, the fala itself speaks on its own, with its own beauty, usage and process.
I like to explore other materials to paint on, I find it complicated to paint on due the natural surface of the fala but i guess this is the beauty of a challenge.

A special dedication to my father in-law. I paint to express & discover the inner emotions.

My girls can only imagine what it will be like when they visit Samoa & just imagine if their papa was still there. I explained it to them in painting so they can visualise in their minds of what the painting means.

I’m working on another piece & I noticed my little baby coming in & staring for a good 10 seconds at my unfinished painting, she then turns around & smiles at me! My heart is filled with joy 🙂 🙂 at least I know my art is interesting to her.
