On Sundays during lockdown is when Electric Sundays gigs are missed the most. Spanning 2013 - 2017, on the last Sunday of the month, together we would gather in the “Newtown triangle” for four live bands, great sound, a pizza, a purple cocktail and a friendly place to squeeze out the weekend’s last drops.

This playlist includes many of the bands who played The Townie on these bills, including some great new material from those who’ve kicked on with it.
