Contemplating the next step with thoughts between old and new, ritual and repetition, shadow and light…

Contemplating what is integrity, how it feels, what it looks like and maybe what it sounds like. Does it have a taste, a flavour or a colour I wonder?

Stardust
I love writing poetry, and I’m using this time in Greece to indulge in this practice. I find that it unlocks a new side to my creativeness. Poetry for me is a raw way of expressing deep emotions and visions I receive during my daily breathwork meditation. Here is a poem I wrote after a deep healing practice on 30th June. This poem represents a completion of a personal journey that I’ve been on….quite significant as it’s also the end of the month! New beginnings are on the horizon

Haiku poem I wrote in Nepal, trekking the Himalaya with

Being alive here
amongst the singing birds
I pine for romance

My journal note from that day inspiring this poem “walking through the forest today surrounded by pine trees and bird song I thought of Manuel and how I would love to experience walking through nature like this with him. Silently together, deeply listening to what our souls are whispering to each other.

This morning I’m performing a sound bath in The Forest That Sighs

It’s also a Pieces Full Moon inviting the magic of dreaming, the energy of intuition and the gift of our creative essence.

Letting the richness of the heart lead with sound we can raise our vibration and connect to our ancestors who are all around us.
