🌼✨ HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT — THE DANDELION ✨🌼

Most of us see a dandelion and think…

w**d. 😂

But this little yellow flower has a lot more going on than it gets credit for.

🌿 Dandelions are incredibly resilient and can grow in cracks, lawns, roadsides and places where plenty of other plants struggle.

🌼 What looks like one flower is actually made up of lots of tiny individual flowers packed together into one bright yellow head.

🐝 Their flowers can also provide food for insects visiting for pollen and nectar.

And then there’s the folklore…

✨ Dandelions have long been connected with resilience, wishes, divination and transformation — which honestly feels pretty fitting for a plant that gets pulled out, mowed down and stepped on… and still comes back. 😂

But this bright yellow flower is only one part of its story.

Because before it becomes the fluffy little “wish” we all know…

Ever pulled a tarot card and had it land upside down and immediately thought…

Well, that can’t be good. 😂😭

But a reversed tarot card doesn’t automatically mean something bad is coming.

Depending on the reader and the card, a reversal can suggest that the card’s usual energy is blocked, delayed, internalised, weakened or asking for a little more attention. ✨

And here’s something people don’t always realise:

🌙 Not every tarot reader uses reversals at all.

Some readers interpret upright and reversed cards differently, while others keep every card upright and use the surrounding cards, intuition and context to understand the message.

There isn’t one single “correct” way to read tarot. 🖤

So next time a card comes flying out upside down, don’t immediately assume the universe has declared war on you. 😂

Sometimes it’s simply asking you to look at the message from another direction. 🔮✨

I am allowed to take up space.

I don’t have to make myself smaller to make other people comfortable.

I am allowed to:
🌿 Speak up
✨ Be seen
🖤 Have boundaries
🌙 Change my mind
💫 Want more for myself
🕯️ Protect my energy

There is nothing wrong with being soft and strong at the same time.

You don’t have to apologise for existing fully, loudly, quietly, beautifully — however feels most like you.

You don’t need to be visible to be growing.

Not every season of your life will look exciting from the outside.

Some growth happens quietly.
Some healing happens privately.
Some dreams are still forming where nobody else can see them. 🌑

Just because there isn’t something big to show for it yet doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

Roots grow in the dark before anything ever breaks through the soil. 🌿

So if life feels a little still right now, don’t automatically assume you’re stuck.

You may simply be in the part where something new is taking shape. ✨

🔮✨ CRYSTAL CONFESSIONS ✨🔮

Okay crystal people… you KNOW what I’m talking about. 😂

You pick up a crystal.

You turn it one way… nothing.

Turn it another way…

🌈 TINY RAINBOW.

And suddenly your brain goes:

“Well obviously I have to buy it now.” 😂

Never mind that you already have crystals at home.

Never mind that you absolutely did not need another one.

It has a RAINBOW.

The decision has been made. 🔮🌈✨

And honestly, those little hidden rainbows are one of my favourite things about crystals. They can form when light hits tiny internal fractures within the stone and splits into all those gorgeous colours.

So technically… I’m not making questionable financial decisions.

I’m appreciating optical phenomena. 💅😂

One of the biggest things people misunderstand about tarot is thinking every card has one fixed meaning.

It doesn’t. 👀

A card can shift depending on the question, the surrounding cards, and the situation being asked about.

Take The Hermit for example…

💕 In a love reading, it might point to needing space, independence or time to work out what you truly want.

💼 In a work reading, it can suggest studying, working independently or stepping back to rethink your direction.

🌿 In a personal reading, it often connects with introspection, soul-searching and listening to your own inner wisdom.

Same card.
Different question.
Completely different message. ✨

That’s one of the things I love about tarot — it isn’t just memorising a list of meanings. It’s learning how the cards speak together and what they’re saying in that particular moment.

So next time you see a tarot card and think, “Oh, that means THIS…” remember there may be a little more to the story. 🖤🔮

Sometimes the universe sends you signs.

Sometimes it sends you opportunities.

And sometimes it sends you a fluffy familiar who knocks your crystals over and acts like you’re the problem. 😂

Missy’s reminder for today:

✨ Protect your peace.
🌙 Don’t take life too seriously.
🐾 And if all else fails… blame the human.
