Ikigai Entertainment acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land. We are interested in casting any age, race, gender, identity, and physical ability. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of this production. The Team are committed to the practice of colour, gender identity and disability conscious casting - recognising that considerations of race, identity and disability including how this shapes society and the stories we tell, are vital components to the casting process. Also critical to the casting process are audience perceptions of race, identity, and disability on stage. We strive to craft performances in ways that respect, care for, and honour individuals, cultures, identities, communities and lived experiences.
