HUGE week for Tales From Outer Suburbia 🏆

Our magical series has just been named the Australian National Winner for Best Animation at the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2026!

We’re so proud of the cast, crew and production partners who worked diligently to bring Shaun Tan’s vision to life on screen. The show will now represent Australia at the International Competition in Singapore this December.

Shaun Tan’s Tales From Outer Suburbia has won the Special Jury Award for Creative Distinction at PFCAT!
