Been really enjoying fan flow lately. Often getting my wrists twisted as I use poi technique out of habit, but I love discovering how to move with static props☺️also really enjoying the first few days of lockdown. Took my campervan down to palm Beach and have just been taking it easy, creating some music and exploring different movement. Keep safe everyone!!
