As winter returns to Sydney, our bodies often need a little extra care and nurturing.
Reiki treatment can be a supportive option for your winter wellness, helping you maintain balance and well-being during this season.

こんにちは！

あともう少しで5月が終わると一年の半分に差し掛かりますね（早い〜！）。

皆さんの今年はこれまでのところどんな風に運んでいますか？

順調だよという方、最初に思っていたのと少し違うなという方、大きく変わったよという方、

十人十色

巡り合わせで、

今月は月の最終日に満月がやってきます。

北半球組は、これから益々夏の外に向かうエネルギーが強まり、
南半球組は冬モードに入りエネルギーも内側にむきます。

自身の中に芽吹いた目標や夢、その他やりたいことなど自分の胸を膨らませることが内側にある！　あとは、

向かう方向がもう少しはっきりできたらな、
とか、

はっきりビジョンもあるけど、実現に向けていざはじめたいけど、最初の一歩が出ない、

とか、もしくは

特に何もないけどいつもとちがうやり方で気分転換したい！、と思ったら、

31日オンラインで瞑想と自分を自由にするお絵描きの時間を持ちますので、一つご自身の本音を聞いてみるのも一案かと思います。

75分の予定ですが、10分ほど後ろに伸びる可能性もあります（全ては展開次第🎵）。

ここでは絵を描くことに関する一切の技術的なことは必要ありません。

強いて言うなら、「私は絵が描けない、下手だ」という思い込みを(ぶっ)壊してください🔨👊😊

スケッチブック、広告などの裏紙でも構いません。A4ほどの大きさの紙を数枚。
それから手近にある、絵を描くもの（色鉛筆、パステル、サインペン、カラー色がなければ黒のボールペンやシャープ・ペンシルでも構いません。
お手元にご用意の上、オンラインでの小さなコミュニティに遊びにいらしてください❤️

5月の個人セッション、引き続きのご案内です。

場所は対面またはオンラインになります。
対面セッションの場所はお申しみの際に確定します。

セッションは、ゆっくりとお話を伺いながらクリスタルを選んでいただくところからはじまります。心当たりのあることも、あるいは無意識層にあってモヤモヤするもののはっきりしない事も多角的にみていきます。

展開に応じて誘導瞑想やレイキを使いながら、テーマとなる意識の引っ掛かりを丁寧にあげてゆくことを目的としていますので、最低でも2時間はみていただいています。

セッションを、レイキのみ、クリスタルのみなどのご要望がありましたら、事前にお知らせください。

Each session honours the client’s pace. It begins with attentive listening, allowing space for the client to open within a safe and supportive environment. Clients are then invited to select crystals and create a grid, which helps to bring forward deeper aspects of what they are working with.

The session may incorporate crystals, guided meditation, Reiki, and creative expression to support awareness and release.

Please allow a minimum of two hours, as sessions are not rushed.

If you have a preference for a particular approach (e.g. Reiki only, crystal work only), please let me know at the time of booking.
