Every time I make one of these weighted bears, I’m reminded of how quickly time moves.

One minute you’re rocking a tiny baby to sleep in the glow of a night light, listening to white noise at 3am and wondering if you’ll ever sleep through the night again. The next, those days feel like a blur that somehow slipped through your fingers.

These clothes aren’t special because of the fabric. They’re special because of everything they hold. The cuddles. The milestones. The sleepless nights. The ordinary moments that didn’t feel important at the time but somehow became the ones you miss the most.

This bear was weighted to match their birth weight, and there’s something about holding that weight again that takes you right back. Back to the first cuddle. Back to meeting them for the very first time. Back to when they fit perfectly in your arms.

It’s funny how a few tiny outfits can carry so many memories.

But they don’t just sit there. They hold things.
Sleepless nights. Quiet feeds in the dark. The way your whole world used to fit in your arms.

And one day you open the box and realise… you didn’t just lose time. You stopped noticing when it left.

That’s why I started making keepsakes from them.
