80th Birthday portrait of Russel. legendary hockey player. Has represented Australia in Masters Hockey for many years, playing all over the world. Worked for Picton Management services and travelled the length of Aus in his caravan...pictured at the back.Sadly lost his wife, Dianne... earlier this year...so i drew Diane sitting in Russel's twin Hull Catamaran. Diane was a wonderful artist and loved to do mosaics....so i drew Russels hockey stick , mosaiced at the bottom. Russel worked for Rotary, the Lions...member of MCC. Much loved by his family. Organised by his daughter Melanie and Robert. Happy Birthday Russel...with many more to come.
