Sign Fairy AU St George Professionally installed event styling that creates the wow moment, the photos and the memories, without you having to set up a thing.

How it works / Terms and conditions

� Your Local Fairy will arrive at a pre agreed upon time to install your personalised Sign Fairy Display for the recipient to enjoy, then remove the display after the rental time period.
� All sign elements, stakes and added flair pieces are for hire and remain the property of Sign Fairy AU. DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS

� For the standard Sign Fairy AU yard displa

y the signs are staked into your lawn area. Most elements are secured with small 4mm diameter stakes, similar in size as lawn aerator spikes. These will not damage your high-quality lawn.
� Please water your display area the day before your installation as this will greatly help your local fairy place your display as perfect to your space as possible! It’s almost impossible to install on hard dry lawn areas.
� Please also turn off any automatic reticulation systems that may be in place during the installation and time period and while the display is up. We fairies have been caught mid install to a wet surprise! Not a fun time.
� Please notify your regular scheduled yard maintenance team that they will not be able to service your lawn during the display time period. Also, your Sign Fairy display will look its very best with a well-trimmed lawn and landscaping if you have the time to plan your services accordingly.
� Our standard Sign Fairy displays cannot be installed in fake turf, gravel, very packed ground that is usually parked on, or over sidewalks, if you have any of these please advise your Local Fairy as they may have optional stand options available. INSTALLATION

� For the safety of our Sign fairy we ask that at least one member of the receiving household knows that a Fairy is on the way, and will be on the property. It is also advised to inform neighbours about our fairy. We try to be as quite as possible but definitely don’t want to be caught off guard or ruin a surprise from a concerned neighbour.

� The Sign Fairy AU logo will also be placed in the area to mark our display. We reserve the right to refuse any display in a location deemed not suitable or any message that is deemed controversial or disruptive to your local community

� When possible, we ask that you close blinds or window coverings at the front of the home to prevent any surprise displays from being seen during installation.
� It’s also a good idea to keep those pups distracted with a yummy treat so they do not announce our fairy presence. Speaking of pups, please remove any waste that may be in the installation area, your Local Fairy will greatly appreciate this!
� Displays sometimes will have to be modified to fit your space the best way possible. It always helps to communicate where you want your display prior to installation. A picture sent previous to installation is a great way for your fairy to prepare the best display for the area.
� Your local fairy will send an installation photo to a contact number if provided during booking. For liability reasons only a Licenced, insured Sign Fairy can INSTALL, MOVE or REMOVE any Sign Fairy display elements. Please DO NOT touch, lean or put weight on or move the signs. Please do not let children or animals run in and out of the display to avoid injury or damages to the signs. DISPLAY TIME PERIOD

� Please take as many pictures of and with your Sign Fairy Display! We love when you share your pictures with us and tag us on your socials! Pictures are best BEHIND the displays, not in-between the signs, so you can see the whole message.
� Have fun with it! Have your recipient sit out by the display and enjoy the attention from their local community! Tell younger children that all the HONKS they hear are good luck wishes from their local community hoping they have the best day! Make a fun boomerang video with friends and family!
� If anything needs to be changed or moved, please contact your local fairy. REMOVAL

� Your local fairy will be by to quickly gather up the display once the rental period has concluded. Sometimes a very busy fairy will be by in the AM the following day if they do not make it that evening. If this is a problem or display needs to be removed early for any reason please contact your local fairy. PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS

� Please make sure payments are received at time of booking to ensure your reservation or arrange payment collection with your fairy prior to the installation.
� Cancelations made in a timely manner will receive a full refund from Sign Fairy, please allow 48 hours before installation date to cancel so that we may update our availability to other members of the community. We hate to turn someone down because we thought we were fully booked.
� Our Sign Fairy Displays are waterproof! So a rainy day will not prevent the joy and celebration from our displays! However, In the event of extreme weather such as hail or strong force winds Sign Fairy reserves the right to cancel any display to prevent damage not only to signs but to you and your neighbour’s property. Cancellations by Sign Fairy for extreme weather will be 100% refunded.
� Cancellations made after the 48 hour window will be refunded at 50% or the fee can used towards a display at a future agreed upon date.
� No refunds will be given due to client giving inaccurate information, this includes if the house number is not easily visible to your local sign fairy.
� Sign Fairy AU is not responsible for any violations of city or neighbourhood ordinances or landlord violations. Please contact the local area council if you are planning a display on council property. Your local fairy will assist you in contacting your local council for displays at public parks. These are usually not a problem as the signs are not intrusive and only up for a minimal time period.
� Client will be responsive for any damages to signs that were made from lawn maintenance equipment, pets, children or adhesives attached to sign display. � The Sign Fairy AU logo will also be placed in the area to mark our display. We reserve the right to refuse any display in a location deemed not suitable or any message that is deemed controversial or disruptive to your local community
