I am very deeply saddened to hear the outcome of the search for the little girl in the Northern Territory.
Her family and community have requested that she be referred to as Kumanjayi Little Baby.
I am sorry to say this to all males because the ones who actually need to hear it are likely not listening.
Violence against all people and creatures is wrong, and violence against female humans particularly is abhorrent, but violence against all children is an abomination.
Please hold each other to a higher standard. Donβt joke about these things in any way. If you hear or see something please say something.
Make it clear that decent honourable men use their superior physical strength to protect and care, not to harm, maim and kill.οΏΌοΏΌοΏΌ
May Kumanjayi Little Baby rest in peace and her family find their way safely out of this dark time.
