Woman Accused of Brutalising 10-Year-Old Chiziterem Breaks Down in Tears After Her Infant Was Taken Into Protective Custody 😢💔
Mrs. Chisom Chukwuyere, the woman accused of brutally assaulting 10-year-old Chiziterem in her care, reportedly broke down in tears after her infant son, Chukwutulumugo Chukwuyere, was taken into protective custody following her arrest in Anambra State.
Mrs. Chukwuyere, alongside her husband, Chukwudi Chukwuyere, and a teenage boy, is currently under investigation over the shocking abuse of the young boy in Awada, Obosi, Idemili North LGA.
In line with child welfare protocols, the Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development took custody of the infant and later handed him over to a family member to ensure his safety and wellbeing.
The development has sparked widespread reactions, with many questioning how someone who is heartbroken over being separated from her own child could allegedly subject another child, Chiziterem, to such severe abuse. 💔
