One year ago today, we were dancing at one of Sydney's most beautiful dance venues—a place that sadly has since closed its doors.

While the venue has changed, the heart of La Cita remains exactly the same. ❤️

We're still here bringing you the same incredible vibe, the music you love from your favourite DJs, and most importantly, a beautiful, safe and welcoming space ay The Med, where our community can come together, connect, and share our love for Bachata.

Here's to the memories we've made, and to many more still to come. See you on the dance floor! 💃🕺

Sydney... you did it again. ❤️🔥

A massive THANK YOU to every single one of you who joined us for the June edition of La Cita at The Med on 12 June.

The packed dance floor, the smiles, the endless energy, and hearing the room erupt into one final "LAAA CITAAA!" at the end of the night... that's exactly why we do this. 🙌

Every edition keeps getting bigger, louder and even more connected, and that's all because of this incredible community. Whether you came for one dance or stayed until the very last song, you helped create another unforgettable night.

A special thank you to our incredible guest instructors Lorella 🌻 & Mitch Bilic for sharing their passion, knowledge and amazing energy with our dancers, to ____djv for delivering an incredible soundtrack that kept the dance floor alive all night long, and to lightscameradance.sydney for once again capturing the magic of the night with such amazing videos. 🎥❤️

From both of us, Bachata Papi i & Sumon Nandi thank you for bringing your positive vibes, your smiles, and your love for Bachata and Salsa. You are what makes La Cita such a special night, and we're truly grateful to have this amazing community.
