The final step: sealing your edible artwork
Edible glaze, sometimes called edible varnish or leaf glaze, helps protect your work from moisture and seals the colours in place.
Just like varnishing a traditional painting, it brings the vibrancy back into the colours, deepens the shadows and gives the finished artwork a beautiful richness.
