🌻 Some balloon creations are about more than just balloons. 💛

I was recently asked to create this piece for someone beginning an incredibly tough journey.

Using an AI-inspired image and a little creative licence, I incorporated a sunflower, gardening, DIY tools and bright florals to create something that celebrated the person, not the diagnosis.

Sometimes the greatest privilege of this job isn't creating for birthdays or celebrations—it's creating something that brings a smile when it's needed most.

Happy New Year ✨ Welcome to 2026

As we step into a brand new year, I want to take a moment to thank you for the support, trust and love shown to Party Pals throughout 2025. It was a full, colourful year, and I’m so grateful to have been part of so many celebrations and special moments.

With the new year comes reflection, and after taking some time to look at where things are at for my family and myself, I’ll be making a few changes to the services I offer for the current season I’m in.

From now on, I will no longer be taking bookings for styled parties, balloon décor, face painting, or pay-per-balloon events, including markets, charity events or similar requests.

While I may occasionally collaborate with others on select community events, I don’t currently have plans to host or run my own events. (E.g. Easter Fun Fest, Halloween Spooktacular)

👉 What is reopening in 2026:
• Paid balloon twisting bookings
- Private birthday parties (Gympie region only)
- Corporate and paid event bookings (Available from Fraser Coast to Sunshine Coast)

These changes come down to family first. My kids need me more right now, and weekend work isn’t always viable. Any booking I accept needs to be genuinely worth it, as I need to arrange care before committing.

This may not be forever — but for the season we’re in, it’s necessary.

Thank you again for being part of the Party Pals journey. This next chapter looks a little different, but it feels right.

As we wrap up 2025 ✨

Before the year officially comes to a close, I just want to say thank you.

Thank you to every family, school, business, organiser and community who invited Party Pals into their celebrations this year. Whether it was a birthday party, a market, a school event or a big community day — your support has meant more than you know.

2025 has been full, colourful, exhausting, joyful and meaningful in all the ways that matter. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust, the laughs, the smiling faces and the memories made along the way.

If you’d like to catch me one last time for 2025, I’ll be balloon twisting tonight at Kings Beach New Year’s Eve, from 4pm to 7pm 🎈
Come and say hi, grab a balloon and help send the year off on a high.

Here’s to closing out the year with gratitude — and stepping into the next one with intention.

✨ The kids are with Granny this weekend (bless her!), so I’m making the most of it with a full weekend of gigs… but I’ve got one last spot that’s just waiting to be snapped up!
