Today is R U OK? Day 💛

In our studio, in our classes, in our community — connection matters just as much off the dance floor as on it.

This year's message is simple, but powerful:

*Am I ready?: Before you start, check in with yourself. Make sure you're in a good headspace to approach the conversation and be truly present.
*Ask: A genuine "are you really OK?" can open a door.
*Listen: Give the person your full attention, without judgement or rushing them.
*Encourage action: Ask what's helped them before, or suggest reaching out for extra support.
*Check in: Follow up in a couple of weeks. A conversation isn't a one-off; it's ongoing.

A conversation could change a life.

If you or someone you know is struggling, Lifeline is available 24/7 on 13 11 14.
