After 6 years in business, I’ve learned that burnout isn’t a badge of honour and doing everything yourself isn’t the goal. Growth looks like clarity, systems, trust, and giving yourself permission to do things differently.

These are the shifts I’m taking into 2026! Calmer, more intentional, and way more sustainable.
