⭐️ HOW IT WORKS
The workshop will happen over two consecutive Sundays

21ST OF JUNE
Learn a super cool routine in the signature Missii style. Then join CC for a mock filming session. This will run from 2:00pm to 4:30pm.

28TH OF JUNE
Start filming the routine from 2:00pm onwards. Book your time slot through the booking link.

• The workshop will be suitable for Intermediate/Advanced level
• Running at Love Pole Belmore
• Total cost $299
• $150 non-refundable deposit to lock your spot
• $149 balance due before the video shoot day

Intro to Advanced babes nailing their punch fronts the other night with 💪🏼

Learning a trick and refining it takes time and practice. No matter where you are in your pole and aerials journey, we encourage you to show up to class and stay consistent. We promise, it’ll make all the difference!

Due to popular demand, we have made some timetable changes starting tomorrow!

Monday 8:30pm class with will now be Basework - work on a bunch of low flow tricks and combos. Suitable for Intermediate+ level.

Wednesday 7:30pm class with will now be High Inter Tricks & Transitions - learn off syllabus skills and learn how to seamlessly flow between them. Suitable for High Intermediate+ level.

Keilana is back with another spicy workshop! 🌶️

When asked to described the workshop, she told us: “I believe sensuality goes far beyond simply moving in a ‘sexy’ way. It’s about connection, presence, and feeling at home in your own body. My approach is Bedroom Esque, an intimate, playful, and grounded in authenticity rather than performance. Through movement, I guide others to explore their own unique expression, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. This is a space where you can let go of expectations, embrace your individuality, and truly feel good in your skin. So, let’s f*ck the floor together!”

Introducing our newest aerials instructor - KYLIE SIMPSON
♥️

Kylie Simpson is a Sydney-based aerialist, circus artist and coach with over 15 years of performance and teaching experience. Her career has taken her from major productions including Sydney Fringe Festival and the Sydney Royal Easter Show to international cruise ships and touring productions including Paramour Cabaret and Circus The Show, performing specialties including aerial hoop, silks, dance trapeze and Cyr wheel. Alongside performing, Kylie has built a strong reputation as a coach, known for combining technical knowledge with creativity and a genuine passion for movement.

Kylie loves helping students build strength, confidence and artistry in the air, creating a supportive environment where people can challenge themselves while having fun. With a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, and years of teaching across aerial, tumbling and dance, she brings both experience and playfulness into every class, encouraging students to explore, progress and enjoy the process.

Kylie has decided to officially join us after initially covering a few classes. We are so so excited for all the great energy and expertise she brings. You can find her teaching classes on Thursday evenings, head to Momence to book (link in bio). 📲🔗
