This timetable is truly packed with so many options - tricks, dance, stretch we have it all 👀 if you want to upgrade your membership, simply send an email to [email protected] and we will sort it out for you.

Friday night activities - come to the studio for a little social night! We will be holding a space for you to swap or sell your Pre-Loved Treasures (polewear, shoes, fitness clothing, anything else)! At the same time, will be guiding a FREE Handbalancing & Acro Jam 🤸🏻

This workshops focuses on isolation techniques, emphasizing fluid movement pathways and clean body lines. You will learn aesthetically refined sequences choreographed in an old school style, designed to enhance control, flow, and overall body awareness.

Slinky Flow – Int / Adv Level 🪽
MON 6TH JULY 8:30PM TO 10:00PM

This workshop incorporates leg transitions, edge work, and flow based movement. It blends a fluid style with old school influences, placing strong emphasis on detail, precision, and transitions throughout choreography.
