What a day ✨
7:45 arrival and a 7:30PM departure.
One of the biggest competitions we've attended to date, but our country kiddos held their heads up high and went out did what they love, with lots of cheers and love surrounding them.
Incredibly proud to have walked away with the overall 'Heart of Carnival' Award, acknowledging sportsmanship, kindness, their love for dance.. embodying the values the competition holds close!! Creating beautiful humans is apart of the deal, right? 🥰

FYD AUG 🎉
We are soooo proud of our students after our most recent competition outing.
Missed some piccys of our hip hoppers, and several other troupes that went on and off during the day!! and unfortunately our seniors were a withdraw this time around!
BUT our inters and pre seniors held their own.

How incredibly awesome is it to see PROGRESS! We never base our competitions on WINNING we simply aim to get out there, love what we do and do it better than the last time. And that is certainly what these kids did, the placings were a sweet little reward on top. Not to mention our pre seniors and MT being down a member due to illness but prevailing like little pros!

To finish off a beautiful day, our studio was also awarded a special 'passion' award, acknowledging that our dancers do what they love, and do it with passion too!!
Thanks fydcomps for an amazing day with a fantastic adjudicator validating so many things we too hold high in the studio 💖

Now let's bring on our final Aug comp this weekend in our home town turf!! (Or as close as you can get 🤣).

Using our platform for a purpose, this little girl isn't too far from where we call home and I'm sure we aren't alone in feeling compelled to our part 💖

Goal reached, but I'm sure there's many other financial hurdles to come.

Our first competition of the season!
New routines, new troupes. Lots of last minute changes, we are so proud 🫶🏻
We can't wait to see these routines continue to grow, right along side all our students.
