PINKY BEECROFT makes a rare visit to Melbourne for the launch of his new album “Lonesome Wolf” – his first studio album in more than a decade.

“I’m bringing a piano as well as a fabulous band. Special guests. A new album. Some old favourites. Some deep cuts for the true believers. It’s going to be intimate, personal, revealing and mysterious — sometimes all at once.”

From child prodigy to cancer survivor, globe-trotting artist to mental-health advocate, Nathan Cavaleri’s journey is anything but ordinary. By 12 he was at the centre of a bidding war involving labels tied to Michael Jackson, Prince and Madonna.

By 16 he’d toured the world with B.B. King, played the Kennedy Center for the Clintons, and shared stages with Etta James and Bonnie Raitt. But behind the lights came anxiety, burnout, identity struggles and a profound mental-health collapse.

In Growing Pains, Nathan shares his story through powerful music, unflinching honesty and vivid storytelling—tracking his path from busking in Campbelltown to international success, personal darkness and the rediscovery of purpose.

Raw, funny, soulful and ultimately uplifting, Growing Pains is more than nostalgia: it’s a deeply human tale about expectation, identity, resilience and finding your way back to yourself.

Joe Creighton is without doubt one of Australia’s most formidable and respected bass players, a singer songwriter in his own right with 4 critically acclaimed solo albums and has worked for artists such as John Farnham for 13 years, Olivia Newton-John, Kylie Minogue, Tim Finn, The Black Sorrows, Ray Charles, Boz Scaggs to name a few.

There is not an artist in this country that hasn’t used Joe’s skills on their albums in the capacity of bass player and vocalist but with his current show Into the Mystic Joe takes to centre stage where he belongs to effortlessly recreate the feeling of those heady times of Van Morrison.

“Joe Creighton gives one of the best readings of a Van Morrison song that I have heard.” Brian Wise, Music Journalist. Rhythms Magazine and 3RRR

Joe and his 8-piece band takes the audience on a journey that begins in the 60’s and moves through the decades encompassing Van’s worldwide hits with a sprinkling of some of the more mystical poetic songs from the ‘Astral Weeks’ album.

Joe Creighton is pleased to share the stage with very special guest singers LINDSAY FIELD (John Farnham Band), STEVE WADE (Little River Band) & BRETT GARSED (John Farnham Band) and on drums ANGUS BURCHALL (John Farnham band, Olivia Newton-John & Kylie Minogue)!
