That's curtains for Les Misérables Melbourne, 2019.
A truly heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life across our sell out season.
To our cast and orchestra, wow! All the feedback, reviews, standing ovations and tears from the audience are testament that you have all created something special. We are so proud of the talent we have seen on stage, from principles and ensemble members alike bringing the characters of Les Miserables alive. And the fantastic orchestra below stage performing such a challenging score that filled the theatre beautifully. You can all be very proud of your achievement and we have no doubt that this will only be the beginning of some very promising careers for so many of you.
To our production team in direction, costume, sets, props, lighting, sound and effects who worked tirelessly, you have all gone above and beyond to ensure audiences were delighted and amazed at the scope of this production. Thanks to the many other unseen hands including our volunteers and the National Theatre Melbourne crew.
Lastly but certainly not least, to our audiences and families who have so enthusiastically supported this production.
