Join Leonie Brassey as she launches a year‑long fundraising journey beginning 1 December 2025, honouring her son William — born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and forever loved. In celebration of what would have been his 21st birthday, Leonie is turning her family’s story into impact: raising awareness, building community, and giving back to the organisations that walked beside her.

This gala brings rural Australia together to support two life‑changing charities:

As always, this was such a great event, and definitely excited to be a part of Roma Pop Fest under the New Creation Gallery banner to showcase how talented our creative community is 🤩👏

Have you ever wondered what goes into making a con like Roma Pop Fest happen? Whilst we know that by con standards ours is on the smaller side, there is a lot that happens. So we thought we'd share some stats from Saturday.

Tjalara and Sue hit the road early this morning with a carload of art kits, books, art and handcrafted products, to attend Roma Pop Fest. It was great day meeting lots of people and enjoying colourful costumes!

Last night the gallery filled with enthusiastic and supportive readers excited for the official launch of Lorraine McEwan’s debut novel One Pretty Dress. The panel, consisting of Lorraine (author), Judi Baker (cover artist) and Tjalara Draper (formatter/cover design) were interviewed by Melanie Mills who also read an excerpt from the book. It was a wonderful celebration of this beautiful book and the achievement of publishing- something many members of the audience were aspiring to.
