This is a very, very special Piano!!

It will not be deconstructed for jewelry or anything else. It has been completely restored.

This unique piano was built specifically for a woman who is hunched-back so it is one octave short of a typical piano. She was the pianist at Saint Patrick’s church in Bloomington, Illinois in the late 1800s.

This piano came in to our family in the 1930’s through my Grandma Hansen (who was also from Bloomington).

Now - After 35 years of being at my in-laws home in Pekin, Illinois it has finally made its way to my home. A beautiful piece of art as well as a functioning piano. Amazing.
