The winners of the 2026 Brisbane Grammar School Emerging Artist Awards have been announced! ✨

Each year, the BGS Art Support Group (ASG) invites current Year 12 students and recent BGS graduates (from the past five years) to apply for the Emerging Artist Awards.

Congratulations to Joel Stay (2026) and Max McKinnon (2026), the 2026 Award winners!

For their exceptional entries, Joel and Max will each receive a $1,500 prize and their artwork will be showcased at the BGS Art Show Gala and Exhibition, happening May 15 to 17, 2026.

Congratulations to Joel and Max - we look forward to seeing their excellent work at this year’s BGS Art Show.
