Adelaide, the magic awaits ✨
For the first time in almost 50 years, we’re bringing Sir Frederick Ashton’s enchanting Cinderella to Australian stages, with Adelaide hosting the world premiere of this landmark revival in 2027.
One of ballet’s most beloved fairytales, Ashton’s Cinderella brings together romance, exquisite choreography, opulent design and Prokofiev’s magnificent score in a spectacular three-act production.
To mark this milestone, we’re joining Adelaide Festival Centre for a celebration of ballet, featuring Ballet en Masse on Festival Plaza, the Cinderella: Origins of a Fairytale exhibition, and a program of conversations, workshops and classes.
Cinderella will play from 4–11 September, accompanied live by Adelaide Symphony Orchestra
