A note to all ticket holders for 'Bag of D*cks'

We are very sorry to inform ticket holders for the matinees on the 24th and 25th, and the evening performance on the 25th, that the times listed on the Melbourne Fringe website are currently incorrect and clash with other performances in the venue.

The correct times for 'Bag of D*cks' are:
Saturday 24th - 2:30pm and 6:30pm
Sunday 25th - 4:15pm and 8:15pm

We sincerely apologise to all ticket holders to these shows. Your tickets are of course still valid, despite the incorrect times listed on them.

We hope you can make it to the show regardless, but please don't hesitate to see our FOH team if you have any issues making it to Bag of D*cks at the the time marked on your ticket - they will make every attempt to either find another time to see the show that works for you or to see one of the other brilliant shows in our Frisk lineup.

And another great review for the Frisk Festival, this time for 'Three Blind Mice'!

Featuring Izabella Yena, Ruby Johnston and Benjamin Nichol, 'Three Blind Mice' is "a well-paced, energetic, satirical comedy, devised and delivered by three self-assured and confident actors who variously strum our heartstrings, prod our consciences, and tickle our funny bones."

Come down to VCA this weekend to see this and a whole array of other shows devised by graduating actors and production students!

Shaz (Ruby Johnston) suffers from agoraphobia, the fear of open or public places, and hasn’t left her house in five years. Her contact with the outside world is limited to what she sees on television, what is expounded by politically domineering neighbour Lorraine (Izabella Yena), and delivered by t...

This distinctly contrasting double-bill staged as part of Frisk, a festival of new performance works cocooned within Melbourne’s Fringe Festival, showcases some of the emerging talent of the VCA.

In November 2015, Company 15 and students of the BFA Production, supported by Creative Victoria and Regional Arts Victoria, traveled to Natimuk and remounted 4 of their 7 FRISK Festival shows from their 2015 Melbourne Fringe season for the local township. This is but a short snippet of their time there. Thanks for having us Natimuk, it was a hoot!

02/12/2015

Acting company 2015 students Scott Leek and Cariad Wallace talk to ABC Regional Radio host Dan Glover about their show "We Are Not Good People" ahead of their performances in Natimuk a few weeks ago as part of the VCA's FRISK Regional Touring Program.

We Are Not Good People was first performed at this year's Melbourne Fringe Festival and was one of four shows selected to tour to Natimuk this November along with other shows from Co'15 including Soula's Kitchen, Three Birds One Cock and Smithereens.
