I love using my Japanese travel photos as inspiration. The first layer is hand rolled using small rollers with the different colours. Then the black layer is printed over the top with selective wiping. A lovely creative process that lends itself to unique prints as no two are quite the same.

My second time at Thissio Market in Athens this trip (what I bought last time in an upcoming post). I had to shout out to Christos (no insta) who I met this morning.

I simply couldn't walk past his stall without buying one of his little handmade books with his illustrations of Greece. He also wrote my name inside in Greek and just look at the details on the packaging. I much prefer handmade with love every time for my travel souvenirs. It means so much more.

Didn't leave my beach lounge all day. Back to the studio soon, but for now, more ice cream and iced cappuccinos please.
