INSPIRED BY TRUE AND FICTIONAL STORIES OUR AIM IS TO CREATE A MEMORABLE LIVE ESCAPE GAME EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. WE ALL LOVE A GREAT CHALLENGE SO TO ACHIEVE THIS YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS ARE LOCKED IN AN IMMERSIVE ENVIRONMENT WITH ONLY 60 MINUTES TO FIND YOUR WAY OUT. Our goal for every player of the game is to feel the RUSH of escaping - others would refer to this experience as "being in the zone" while researchers call it "flow". At the peak of this state you will feel great and perform at your best, action and awareness merge, time flies and self vanishes. If you have ever been involved in an activity or project where everything else was forgotten, then you will be familiar with this state. As we deliberately focus on maximising fun, playing this game feels even more exciting and engaging as you realise that NO ONE ESCAPES ALONE - this means you will need to work together as a team to overcome all of the challenges. Co-operation, critical thinking, pattern recognition and fast decision making will be required, and before you know it, your primal survival and problem solving instincts will surface to help solve unusual puzzles, uncover clues, keys and codes with the ultimate aim of escaping.

: Melbourne escape room operator cuts midweek group prices by 30%, indefinitely

Rush Escape Game has cut its midweek group booking prices across all four Melbourne venues, amid the growing cost of living crisis.

Mon–Thu, groups of 3+ are now $50 each. That's about 30% off. Two players: $148. Three players: $150. Yes. Two dollars. Bring someone.

"We're not pretending we've solved anything for anybody," said Aaron Taylor, who runs Rush Escape Game. "People are cutting the small stuff first, and a Wednesday night out with your mates is exactly the kind of small stuff that goes. We'd rather have full rooms at a fair price than empty rooms at the right one."

Our August leaderboard is in!

Da Vinci Down Under and Mission: Possible are two of the hardest rooms across our four venues, genuinely difficult to escape without hints. This month, the team BJCJ cracked Da Vinci Down Under in 51 minutes and 20 seconds, and H.H got through Mission: Possible in 55 minutes flat. Both are seriously impressive results in rooms that stump most groups who try them.

Over at St Kilda, the team M&M's flew through Alice in Wonderland in just 22 minutes and 53 seconds!
