Massive thank you to Demi and Antonia who are doing their Duke of Edinburgh award. They have kindly volunteered their time and energy to help support the Handover HeARTwork Project and have created some absolutely stunning bags. Thank you both so much girls. You have done an amazing job and your bags are already being used out in the community to help grieving families.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎄I would like to thank everyone who has supported the Handover HeARTwork Project in this incredible journey of making a difference in the lives of grieving families. I have been overwhelmed by the amount of support and encouragement from so many people, schools, community groups and hospitals. This year because of all of you this small community project has grown in size to something I never thought possible and I am very grateful for all of your support. ❤️

Huge welcome and belated thank you to Hazel Glen College for their generous donation of bags to the Handover HeARTwork Project. The artwork is amazing and the bags will help grieving families in their time of need.
