The Society was formed in 1980 in Perth, Western Australia to promote public interest in watercolours and to advance the knowledge of members in watercolour painting. Since that time the Society has grown into a strong body of dedicated watercolourists committed to the pursuit of their chosen media. The Society holds regular exhibitions of members work throughout the year including the annual Exhi

bition for Prizes and Awards, which is generally held in springtime. The Society meets every third Tuesday morning of the month at the Rotary Hall, Sandgate Street, South Perth. Any watercolour artist interested in becoming a member should contact the Secretary.

Bump out! Done! Thanks to all who were apart of this exhibition. Thanks to all the countries who sent paintings for the first time and those sending again. Thanks to all of our sponsors, partners, followers and fans of watercolours. Thanks to the hardworking committee for all their time and effort. What a fabulous exhibition. Let’s do it all again…..March 2028.

Our floorwalkers have worked hard. They have welcomed, chatted, answered questions from the public and found out a few interesting facts and stories from the members of the public. This is important work as we look to acquit our grants and find out where our advertising was seen. Thank you floorwalking volunteers. I hope you have enjoyed the exhibition 😎💦🖌️

Everybody is loving having a go at the try me table. What an opportunity to see how paint and water behave. Thank you Winsor & Newton Australia for providing paint, paper, dot cards and different products to play with. (I need some of that shineyyyyy stuff ❤️) paint on folks, 2 more days of fun left.
