The Live Performance Industry needs Government intervention, and we need it now. So many people from the creative workforce across Australia have lost work, businesses are closing and letting people go - if we don't see assurance from Govt soon, it could mean terrible and irreparable losses for our industry and the thousands of people in it.

We're calling for a $750M crisis relieve package, as well as wage subsidies for all impacted workers across Australia. Join our call for urgent help!

The creative industries are experiencing wide-scale job losses as a result of event cancellations across the country - with nearly $50m of lost income reported already, and it's growing by the minute.

From independent contractors to major businesses, COVID-19 is causing havoc for our workers and companies and impacting the employment and well-being of thousands of Australians. Hang in there, we're working on some coordinated responses and we'll update publicly as things come to light.

In the meantime, we're seeing people come up with simple ways for audiences to support artists. Streaming local acts on repeat, buying merch, buying music on bandcamp, supporting fundraising campaigns - what other small, simple things do you think might help?
