🏈🎶 Exciting week here in Melbourne with the NFL in town! Loving seeing the first music lineup for the Game Kick-off Festival, running across Melbourne Park September 10-12 and coinciding with the league's first-ever regular season game in Australia.
🙌 Great to see AIME's old friends Peking Duk Hot Dub Time Machine and Sneaky Sound System on the bill, all throwbacks from past AIME Welcome Events, so it's a treat to see them back on a Melbourne stage.
Bring on the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Friday, marking the first NFL game ever played in Australia.

Meet the team behind AIME 2027's Buyer program Brooke Campbell, Felicity Fox, Georgia Zagorac, and Gemma-ann Taylor.

By the time you land in Melbourne, they are already familiar faces, the people who answered your questions, guided your application and met you at the airport.

Brooke Campbell, Buyer Engagement Director. 20+ years across convention centres and business events including Experience Gold Coast, NZICC and MCEC.

Felicity Fox, Buyer Research and Recruitment Manager. Years of relationship-building experience, sourcing the right Buyers well before applications even open.

Georgia Zagorac, Buyer Manager. Assesses and qualifies Buyers across North Asia, South East Asia and EMEA, then connects them with the exhibitors who fit.

Gemma-ann Taylor, Buyer Manager. Qualifies and guides Buyers across India, New Zealand and The Americas, from application through the show floor.

Exhibition sales for AIME 2027 are now open.

Each February, AIME brings the business events industry together at Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), connecting suppliers with qualified buyers from across Australia, Asia Pacific and beyond.

Across three days, exhibitors can take part in curated appointments, knowledge sessions and face-to-face conversations with event professionals looking for new ideas, destinations, venues and suppliers.

Buyers at AIME 2026 came from 30 countries, with 20% in event management, 19% representing membership organisations, and 12% PCOs.

The results are in. AIME 2026 scored above global Explori benchmarks across both attendees and exhibitors.

Attendee NPS: 59.4 vs. 30.6 industry average Exhibitor NPS: 32.6 vs. 9.6 industry average

Both up from 2025. NPS is a direct read on value, and AIME 2026 delivered.

AIME 2026 generated a record $425 million for the Asia Pacific business events industry. Independent post-show research indicates this reflects business expected between exhibitors and buyers over the next 12 months. It is the strongest result in AIME’s history.

25,000 pre-scheduled meetings. 1,500+ vetted buyers. 765 exhibitors from 36 countries. More than 5,000 attendees at the MCEC across three days.
