Heya tribe,

After much consideration, time to ponder and reflect on my journey as a Group Fitness instructor, I have decided to hang up my instructor shoes.

It’s not been an easy decision, believe me, especially when I have a tribe like you all who love classes and the JB vibe as much as I do!

But that doesn’t mean I’ll be out completely! I’ll be coming to GF classes moving forward so I can join in on all the fun with you from the other side of the stage!

I want to thank you all for following me and for supporting my classes! You guys rock and I’m going to miss your spirits immensely 🫶🏽

My very last class will be tomorrow night at Body Pump @4:30pm 💪🏾

I can’t wait to see you there and make my last GF class go out with a bang 🌟

Tribe, you may have noticed that Jungle Body is missing from this terms timetable 😓

Due to limited availability of space we have had to limit JB classes but only for a short time! We should be back on the dance floor soon!

In the mean time, there are plenty of GF classes to attend this term, some old, some brand spankin’ new.

I am back teaching Body Pump every Thursday@4:30pm from the 12th October for anyone who misses attending my class style, you know the one with the woohooing and endless chants of motivation by your truely 🤩🥳💪🏽😎😘
