There are still a few spots available for my workshop coming up next Tuesday evening. We will be making these whimsical little clay boats and using natural materials to create a collage. We will start on Tuesday 28 July and complete it the following Tuesday 4 August. 5.45 pm to 8.45 pm. A wonderful opening to ‘Visions of the Landscape’. Huge thanks to all who made this day happen including Barbara Maumill for her kind invitation to join her, Tom Ansell and Marion Nelson Art for their collaboration, Tammie Reid for making a magnificent job of the opening speech and my wonderful friends and family for being there for me. The exhibition is beautifully presented thanks to the expertise and diligence of Payam and Angela and I am very grateful for the superb job they have done.

I have a very busy weekend ahead as I attend the opening of our exhibition in Collie this afternoon then home to spend the evening making final preparation for my workshop tomorrow. It is sold out so I will be very busy. I’m so looking forward to meeting a new group of artists to spend creative time with. At least my studio is looking very organised now. I especially love my new paint rack.
