The Remix

The Remix Presented by Brisbane City Council, is the largest & most significant dance competition of its kind in the southern hemisphere.

The Remix is an inter-school hip hop dance competition for high school students presented by Brisbane City Council. Every year thousands of excited spectators gather to cheer on their team at a high energy, family friendly, hip hop dance event. The Remix is FREE & always will be but bookings are essential

Wow! What a night. Congratulations to all the winners from session 1 and 2. We'd like to say a HUGE thank-you to all the schools, teachers, students, friends, family, staff, performers, judges, back stage crew and Brisbane City Council for making the event possible. It has come to our attention that people have been booking their free tickets to tomorrows Remix event and have been attempting to sell them. We would like to warn everyone of these scalpers and NOT to engage in any transaction for Remix tickets through them. All Remix tickets are registered under a name or group and unless your name matches the name on the ticket or group, you will be refused entry - along with the scalpers in question. Finally, The Remix is a FREE and all-inclusive community event. We pride ourselves on providing an exciting and fun space for the community and our performers, to feel safe and to express themselves through creation, music and dance. We're excited to be back for another year and can't wait for tomorrow. See you at !!
